The differential in the car was making the standard MGB diff 'clonk' noise. When the car is electric and therefore quiet, the clonk is noticable and annoying. So after reading about what to do I decided to fix it. I referred to Chicago Land MGB Club for help. The information helped but it did rather gloss over some of the pitfalls that I happily fell in to. To help future diff repair projectees I videotaped my efforts and posted the edited results to youtube. The two videos are shown below.

The clonk sound hasn't entirely gone away. The slightly quieter clonk is related to the splines on the wheel/hub. I've repaied this now using my own design. Check it out too.
